Avenues goes green again
2007
Irish Fest a success!
Avenues had green on its calendar for its
10th Annual Irish Fest that took place on March 25, 2007. This year the fest
changed venues, to the European Crystal Banquets and
Conference Center in Arlington Heights, but also longtime hosts Bob Healy
and Peg O'Herron welcomed Mike and Mary Prindiville as
their co-hosts.

Irish Fest had an afternoon of Irish
merriment including great food, traditional song and dance and
exciting auction prizes, among which were a week's stay at the
Ballindooley Castle
in Galway, Ireland and a week's stay for up to seven persons in a
home on the
coast in Kennebunkport, Maine.
