Residential Programs

Avenues Supported Living are scattered site residential programs currently providing support for 75 individuals.

Located in apartments, condominiums, and single family homes, these programs permit its residents to experience everyday life in as regular a setting as possible.

To the best of each individuals' capabilities, decisions and performance of everyday living responsibilities are carried out by each individual as independently as possible.

Staff support up to 24 hours a day is available depending upon the specific needs of each resident.

Avenues also maintains a six unit apartment building which provides residential programming to 16 persons with disabilities. All of the residents receive training in the areas of cooking, housekeeping, budgeting and other daily living skills that are required for independent living.
