Avenues to Independence is featured on the iconic Wintrust Mural Billboard along the Kennedy Expressway! This exciting project has been in the works for several months and will provide tremendous exposure for Avenues. We are grateful to Avenues to Independence Foundation Board member Paul Carlisle, a Wintrust executive and the catalyst for this once in a lifetime opportunity.

Riva Michal from Sasser Family Companies was chosen from a group of finalists to design the artwork for the mural. Her work is a vibrant, bold, and a fresh depiction of our mission at Avenues. The mural represents the people of Avenues, highlighting some of the many ways in which clients live life to the fullest and positively impact our community.

The mural, located at 1735 N. Ashland, can be seen on the south and west side of the Kennedy Expressway between North and Armitage Avenues.
