Avenues to Independence offers an array of direct care, managerial, clinical and administrative employment opportunities.
With over 100 full and part time positions, we offer employment for first-time, through experienced professionals. Flexible schedules are available for many positions and employees regularly scheduled to work 24 hours per week and higher, are eligible for Avenues employee benefits.
While many positions do have specific educational and experiential backgrounds, the most important skill is concern for folks with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome and other intellectual, physical and developmental disabilities and a desire to assist them in leading productive, independent lives.

College Graduates: Employees of Avenues to Independence may be eligible to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness(PSLF) program. The PSLF Program forgives any approved remaining balance on your Federal Direct Loans (Private loans are not eligible) after you have made 120 qualifying monthly payments under an established repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer.
As a 501C3 charitable organization, employment at Avenues meets the requirement as a PSLF qualified employer.
