The Avenues to Independence Young Leaders Board brings together young professionals to raise awareness, inspire new voices, and support individuals with developmental disabilities through fundraising, service, and engagement. The board fosters community, leadership, and meaningful connections while advancing a mission of independence and dignity for the people we serve.
